Not only has he received a massive number of positive replies from commercial businesses, but he was also able to close one or two great residential jobs from their first campaigns.

We decided to push window cleaning along with their typical pressure/soft washing offer, and the number of large estimate requests they got was fantastic. Window Cleaning Louisville has a very large service area so we created an extra dynamic campaign where we targeted and personalized messages in four unique general locations. We also picked out one of those locations (the closest) to offer snow removal. Even though we launched their campaign during the window-cleaning off-season, it still produced a great number of positive replies.

Significant Cleaning Services had never done cold email at scale before. We implemented advanced data enrichment, including finding corresponding properties associated with the leads we reached out to. Despite lower reply rates due to changes in Outlook/MS365 inboxes, we still maintained a reply rate above 8% across our campaigns. Apart from all the positive replies, we also received RFPs from a local city and transportation authority.
